DESCRIPTION OF OUR SHELTER

The WCCSA's shelter contains 17 beds in a shared environment. The populations our shelter serves include: females, males, teens, elders, and families impacted by sexual assault or domestic violence. The maximum length of stay is 45 days.

HERE ARE THE STEPS:

  1. Call us at (870) 836-0375 or use our toll free number (888) 836-0325; ask for Volunteer Coordinator.

  2. Complete and Print Volunteer Packet for submission

  3. You will be required to submit a resume and we will perform a background check.

  4. You will be required to complete a 10 mandatory hours of training (classroom & crisis hotline).

Human Trafficking 

Can be both labor and sex trafficking, is the act of recruiting, transporting, laboring, and harboring in exchange for external profit.
